“Get Ready! In-N-Out’s Latest Bay Area Location Opens This Week”

In-N-Out’s latest location is set to open in Hayward, California, at 709 Harder Ave., on Thursday, October 3, as announced in a recent press release from the fast food chain.

Like all In-N-Out restaurants, the Hayward location will operate daily from 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m., extending to 1:30 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Situated approximately one mile from the Cal State East Bay campus, this new outlet is expected to attract a significant number of customers.

Earlier this year, In-N-Out experienced a notable closure when its East Bay location in Oakland—its first-ever to shut down—closed its doors. The opening of the Hayward restaurant was initially reported by KRON4 in August, while the building was still under construction.

Patrons heading to the Hayward In-N-Out should be prepared for heavy traffic, particularly during late-night hours. The nearby Raising Cane’s, which opened in August, has consistently drawn long lines for both dine-in and drive-thru orders, with KRON4 reporting a one-hour wait for chicken fingers during a visit at 10 p.m. in August.

The Hayward In-N-Out will likely experience similar traffic levels.

The restaurant will be managed by Tawny Blow, who has been with the company for 21 years. It will employ around 80 associates, with a starting wage of $23 per hour. For more information on employment opportunities, visit In-N-Out’s website.
