“Allsup’s to Open New Convenience Store Near Metro Verde on Las Cruces’ East Mesa”

Allsup’s, the popular New Mexico-founded convenience store chain known for its fried foods, is set to expand with two new locations in Las Cruces. One of the new stores will be near Metro Verde on the city’s East Mesa, while the other will be located off I-10, close to the Love’s Truck Stop on the westside, near the Las Cruces International Airport.

ABC-7 confirmed the new locations through building permits posted at the construction sites and a statement from District 5 Representative Becky Corran.

Corran shared that construction on the East Mesa store, situated at the intersection of Sonoma Ranch Blvd. and Engler Rd., is expected to be completed in early 2025. “Residents have been asking for more convenient options to grab food on their way home, and Allsup’s is stepping in to meet that need,” Corran told ABC-7.

While the opening date for the westside location has yet to be confirmed, Corran also noted that another Allsup’s is in the works for Chaparral.

ABC-7 has reached out to Yesway!, Allsup’s parent company, for additional comments but has not received a response at the time of this publication.
